In my attempt to create on earth the vision that God has so graciously given me from Heaven, I will be the first to admit that I don’t know everything. And as we get closer to launching this bad boy, I will be asking questions of you, my faithful readers (even if it is only a handful… ), to help, to be a part of, to share your thoughts on certain subject matter.

So my first question is this… “How do you create an environment where “anyone” and I do mean anyone, can be free of the dreaded fear of being judged?

Personally I loathe walking into a room, no matter the size, and feeling as though no matter what I say or do, the decision has already been made because of my hair, my race, my height, the expression on my face, the way I dress, etc. Do you hate it as much as I do? What would you do different? How would you change it?
